I am moved by the unspeakable wisdom of our bodies, by what is buried and forgotten, then brought back to life to be witnessed. What I’m inspired by is the knowing in our hands, unsaid words, the process of creation and the unraveling of the power of vulnerability.
The central thread of my artistic practice is the body as a vessel of history, memory, and knowledge. My work unfolds as a dive inward, uncovering layers of inner landscapes where identity, history, and emotion meet. I am drawn to what lies beyond duality, to the process of returning home to oneself through embodied experience.
As I engage with Expressive Arts Therapy, my practice becomes an active dialogue—artworks that invite participation, questioning, and reflection. I explore terrains that resist imposed structures, especially those shaped by patriarchal systems, and instead turn toward forms that open space for honesty and freedom. I explore different materials and mediums, contrasts between them and strive to present and bring closer the process of movement and transformation. A poetic approach emerges in my work with stone. Through this material I encounter silence, fragility, patience, and vulnerability. The slow dialogue with stone reveals forms of knowledge that arrive unexpectedly, teaching me to listen differently and to meet the world with attentiveness.
